You remove the shower head, screw on the nozzle and use the water at home for intimate cleaning. It comes with two nozzles, a ribbed one 3 cm wide and a classic one 2.6 cm wide, so you can choose the one that feels more comfortable.

• It's your first intimate douche. This kit is designed for people who already have experience, and the shorter nozzle has 12.3 cm that can go in.
• The shower head on your shower can't be unscrewed. The nozzle screws on in place of the shower head.

Size and measurements

The ribbed nozzle has 15 cm (5.9 in) that can go in, about the length of a BIC Cristal pen, and 3 cm (1.2 in) at its widest, a bit more than a two-euro coin. The classic one has 12.3 cm (4.8 in), a bit more than the height of a 33 cl can, and is 2.6 cm (1 in) wide, the same as a two-euro coin.

How to use the Nexus Advance Shower Douche Kit

1. Unscrew the shower head and screw on the nozzle you're going to use in its place.
2. Adjust the water before bringing it near your body, lukewarm and with low flow.
3. Put water-based lubricant on the nozzle.
4. Always hold the nozzle by where it joins the shower and don't let go. We haven't confirmed whether it has a base or stopper.
5. Go slowly and only as far as feels comfortable. Repeat until the water runs clear.
6. Put the shower head back when you've finished.

Cleaning

Wash the nozzle with lukewarm water and mild soap, rinse it well inside and out and let it air dry before storing it.

Our tips

• If you notice pain or bleeding, stop.
• Don't use hot water or high pressure.
• Use it only when you need it, not as a daily routine.
• With silicone nozzles, use water-based lubricant.
• Wash the nozzle after every use and don't share it without washing it.
• Don't move the nozzle from the anus to the vagina without washing it first.
