Playboy Pleasure Fantasy Cage - Lilac

The Playboy Pleasure Fantasy Cage is a vibrating penis sleeve in lilac silicone that you wear over the penis. The sides are open so your skin stays in contact, and the material is soft, flexible and stretchy. It has two motors: one vibrates in the curved tip, while the other, more powerful one sits in one of the two round balls. You get 7 speeds and rhythms. It's rechargeable with the USB cable included, fully submersible and comes with a five-year warranty.

Who it suits and who it doesn't

It suits couples who want to add vibration during penetration without having to hold anything in place: you wear it and it vibrates all by itself. If you like to feel your partner's skin, the open cage design allows far more contact than a closed sleeve. As it's submersible, you can take it into the shower or the bath together. If you have a latex allergy, no problem: the silicone contains no latex or phthalates.

Don't choose it if you're after something that covers the whole penis and acts as a barrier: the sides are open and, like any sleeve, it usually won't replace a condom.

How to use it and look after it

1. Stretch it to put it on: it's flexible and stretchy, with the curved tip at the front and the two round balls at the base.
2. Switch between the 7 speeds and rhythms until you find the combination you both enjoy.

Charge it with the USB cable that comes in the box; it doesn't run on batteries.

• It can be submerged in water.

Compatibility

• Water: It's waterproof and submersible, so you can use it in the shower or the bath.

General tips

Common good practice for this type of product; these are not the manufacturer's instructions.

• Start at the lowest intensity and work up gradually: that way you'll find the rhythm you like sooner.
• Charge it fully before first use and, if you go a while without using it, give it a charge now and then: the battery holds up better if it isn't left flat for long.
• Even though it's submersible, dry it thoroughly before connecting it to the charger.
• Put a little water-based lube inside the sleeve before putting it on: it slides on more easily and rubs less.
• It should fit snugly without squeezing: if you notice coldness, tingling or pain, or the skin changes colour, take it off.
• A sleeve is not a substitute for a condom: it doesn't prevent pregnancy or protect against sexually transmitted infections.
• Wash it after every use with lukewarm water and mild soap, or with a toy cleaner, and dry it thoroughly before putting it away.
